HR Generalist Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Use HR systems to produce reports
Assist with tracking and administrating recognition program!
Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers.
Coordinate the benefits program
Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front-line associates in partnership with management
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates
Connect with a third-party administrator for workers’ compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in Human Resources preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills
- Strong English verbal/written communication skills
- A high level of guest service and an eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience taking care of a large employee population preferred
- Knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies

Pay
The Hourly rate for this position is $24 to $28. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
Schedule
May be required to work nights, weekends, or as the business of the component requires.
