HR Generalist Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Use HR systems to produce reports
• Assist with tracking and administrating recognition programs
• Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
• Coordinate the benefits program
• Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front-line associates in partnership with management
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates
• Connect with a third-party administrator for workers’ compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities
• Responsible for day-to-day HR functions, including recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, development, and coaching

Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager. Follows ARAMARK policies and procedures and safety and sanitation policies and procedures. May be required to work nights, weekends, or as the business of the component requires.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Human Resources preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and planning skills
• Strong English verbal/written communication skills
• A high level of guest service and an eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience taking care of a large employee population preferred
• Knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $24 to $28.
