About the role

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our North America HR team and help shape the employee experience across a dynamic and evolving business.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders to address employee relations matters and workplace challenges.
- Coaching managers on performance management, employee development, and corrective action processes.
- Providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
- Supporting organizational initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture, talent development, and change management.
- Collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations teams to resolve employee inquiries and improve processes.
- Preparing HR analytics, reports, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Supporting audits, regulatory requirements, and record management activities.
- Contributing to policy development, communication, and implementation efforts.
- Assisting with business transformation and integration activities, including acquisitions and organizational change initiatives.
- Supporting organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and talent development.
Requirements
- Experience supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions.
- Confidence navigating employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in situations where there may not be a clear or simple answer.
- A growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational change is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
$89,700 - $115,000 USD per year
Schedule
This is a hybrid role, which will require you to report to the Centennial, CO office at least three days a week. This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports.
