About the role

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, employee relations, and compliance. This role will support the organization's mission by ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and that policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate and timely updates
  • Handle employee inquiries and complaints related to benefits, compensation, and workplace policies
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters
  • Assist with employee training and development programs
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other relevant employment laws
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
