HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate recruiting and recruiting operations
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding programs
• Cook up employee experience and engagement initiatives
• Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
• Support compliance reporting
• Maintain employee records and assist with audit coordination
• Track workplace metrics and prepare HR reports
• Administer employee referral and job status change programs
• Identify and implement workflow and process improvements
• Administer HRIS and systems support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong recruiting and talent acquisition background
• Experience managing employee lifecycle programs
• Knowledge of HR compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
