HR Generalist

About the role

We are hiring a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a manufacturing client in Fort Worth. This role handles recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance while partnering with leadership to support workforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding
• Handle employee relations: conflict resolution, coaching managers, investigations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, etc.)
• Administer benefits and support open enrollment
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Support performance management and employee development
• Cook up training programs and HR initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 1-2+ years of HR experience (manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and recruiting
• Experience with payroll processing
• Excel proficiency required
• Experience with Paycom a plus
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred
