Westborough, MA | Hybrid Schedule | $75K–$90K | Permanent Are you an HR Generalist who knows benefits, employee relations and compliance — but especially understands the ins and outs of FMLA and state paid leave? We’re looking for an HR Generalist with a Benefits specialty to join a collaborative HR team supporting 300-400 employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a trusted HR resource while also taking ownership of benefits, leave administration and compliance. What You'll Do Own day-to-day benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor relationships Administer FMLA and state paid leave programs Apply and stay current on employment laws and HR compliance requirements Partner with the HR Director on employee relations, investigations, performance matters and documentation Support employee engagement, culture and satisfaction initiatives Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers Maintain HRIS records and support general HR operations What We're Looking For 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with a strong benefits background Hands-on experience with FMLA and paid leave Experience with MA PFML and/or CT Paid Leave strongly preferred Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Employee relations experience Excellent communication, judgment and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree Paycom experience is a plus The Details Westborough, MA — Must be local and able to come onsite each week for hybrid schedule Hybrid Schedule $75K–$90K Permanent | Full-Time Paycom If you're an HR professional who knows the rules, cares about the people and thrives in a collaborative culture, we'd love to hear from you!
