What You’ll Do

• Create "Welcome Home" Moments: Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey, from pre-employment screenings to helping build out a robust New Hire Orientation.
• Master the Tech: Keep our UKG system running smoothly by processing hires, transfers, and updates with precision.
• Be the Resource: Serve as the go-to person for employee questions, helping our team navigate benefits, records, and company policies.
• Recruitment Liaison: Support our recruitment efforts by keeping job postings active, screening resumes, and getting new hires ready for their first day.
• Culture & Connection: Help plan and deliver engagement activities that keep our Memphis Shared Services team connected and motivated.
• Compliance Champion: Support multi-state compliance and maintain the integrity of our employee records.

Who You Are

• A People Person: You are customer-focused and possess the "soft skills" and interpersonal warmth to handle sensitive employee needs.
• An Organizational Pro: You can multitask without breaking a sweat and have an eagle eye for detail.
• A Lifelong Learner: You have a bachelor’s degree (HR or Business preferred), about a year of HR experience, and a genuine curiosity that keeps you looking for ways to grow and know more.
• Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to dive deep into HRIS platforms.
