About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources services across multiple functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing environments, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a proactive approach to HR challenges. Qualifications Human Resources degree from an accredited institution.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing setting.Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to foster a productive work environment.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.Support performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.Participate in safety programs and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop strategic solutions.
