About The Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support our client's associates and site leadership by driving recruitment, employee development, and policy application. Your role is crucial in maintaining compliance and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and provide backup support.
- Led recruitment efforts to meet staffing goals.
- Guide site leadership on people management and development.
- Conduct investigations and document findings as needed.
- Administer benefits programs and performance review processes.
- Maintain compliance with EEO and company policies.
- Cook up training and development plans.
- Produce reports on HR activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Excellent record-keeping and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
