HR Generalist

About The Role

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support our client's associates and site leadership by driving recruitment, employee development, and policy application. Your role is crucial in maintaining compliance and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and provide backup support.
• Led recruitment efforts to meet staffing goals.
• Guide site leadership on people management and development.
• Conduct investigations and document findings as needed.
• Administer benefits programs and performance review processes.
• Maintain compliance with EEO and company policies.
• Cook up training and development plans.
• Produce reports on HR activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• Excellent record-keeping and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
