Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting activities – job posts, sourcing support, resume screening, interview scheduling, offers, and background checks
- Own onboarding & offboarding logistics, documentation, and HRIS updates
- Serve as a trusted HR contact for employee questions (policies, benefits, HR systems, payroll handoffs)
- Maintain accurate HR records and audit-ready compliance documentation (I-9, reporting, personnel files)
- Support engagement initiatives and employee events that strengthen workplace morale
- Partner with Payroll and benefits vendors to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries
- Assist with performance review, merit, bonus, and open enrollment cycles
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience (recruiting + HR operations ownership)
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws & compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred, not required)
