HR Generalist
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: "Why Choose Suddath..." (company overview) could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". We'll treat as "About the role". Then we have "What We Offer!" includes benefits: competitive wage, comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with matching, weekly pay for hourly, biweekly for salaried, PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, link. That's benefits. So we can have Benefits section.
We have "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list -> Responsibilities.
We have "QUALIFICATONS" (typo) -> Qualifications (Education & Experience, Knowledge, Skills, abilities). Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills). But we can combine into Qualifications section. The instruction says we can have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Probably better: Requirements for education/experience, Skills for knowledge/skills. But we can also just have Qualifications. However we should follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. It does have both education/experience and knowledge/skills. So we could have Requirements (education & experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). Let's do that.
We also have Pay info: "competitive wage" but not specific numbers. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "competitive wage" but not specific amount. Is that considered stating them? It says "competitive wage" which is vague but still states that there is a competitive wage. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive wage, but also says "comprehensive benefits package". So we could include Benefits (we already have). Pay: we could include Pay section with "competitive wage" but that's vague. Might be considered not specific enough? The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "competitive wage" is somewhat vague but not exactly those. However it's still not a specific number. Might be considered filler? Safer to omit Pay section and include wage info within Benefits? But Benefits already includes compensation? Could mention competitive wage in Benefits paragraph. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine wage info into Benefits.
Schedule: not mentioned. So no Schedule.
Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Skills (knowledge/skills/abilities), Benefits.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details like "Weekly pay for hourly-paid employees. Biweekly pay for salaried employees." etc.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement; we should remove that. Also remove "Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." maybe that's boilerplate? It's a generic disclaimer; might be considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer about not comprehensive listing might be considered legal boilerplate; better to remove. Also remove "The Suddath Companies is a multifaceted group..." maybe part of About the role? Could keep as it's substantive about company. But it's near end; could be part of About the role.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's extract content.
Intro: "Why Choose Suddath to “Move” your Career to the Next Level? At Suddath, you can be part of something special and inclusive! Join a team that has a 100+ year reputation for excellence as an innovative, growing and financially stable company that is dedicated to promoting a culture that thrives on inclusion and diversity. From numerous awards to being recognized as one of the best places to work, Suddath offers a caring, family environment while providing relocation and logistics services to people and companies all around the world."
That's About the role.
Then "What We Offer! A competitive wage with a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with company matchingWeekly pay for hourly-paid employees. Biweekly pay for salaried employees.Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidaysA tuition reimbursement plan where employees are encouraged to continue their education and developmentFor more information on our benefit offerings, please visit https://suddath.com/about/careers/ and scroll down to view our employee benefits."
We need to format as Benefits section with - . Also note missing spaces: "company matchingWeekly" should be "company matching. Weekly". We'll add appropriate punctuation.
Then "This is an onsite position supporting our team in a warehouse environment within the Jacksonville area. The ideal candidate has HR experience in onsite operations or supporting a labor based team, can navigate employee relations matters, and enjoys being a visible, approachable HR resource for frontline employees." This could be part of About the role or Requirements. It's about ideal candidate; could go into Requirements (experience). But we already have Requirements for education/experience. We'll include that in Requirements.
Then "Summary The Human Resources Generalist will support dedicated portions of the company across a span of HR processes, assist employees with questions, and deliver HR services and programs throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will build strong partnerships with our employees and operations in order to support the culture, HR Department goals, and business objectives of our company." This could be About the role as well.
Then "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list.
Then "QUALIFICATONS" with Education & Experience and Knowledge, Skills, abilities.
We need to split: Requirements: Education & Experience (Bachelor's degree preferred, 3 years HR experience, etc). Skills: Knowledge, Skills, abilities (Microsoft Office, HRIS, confidentiality, etc).
We'll also include "Physical/Environmental Demands" maybe as a section? Not in allowed headings list; but we could treat as Requirements? Probably not needed; it's extra detail but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings from list; we could omit this section or incorporate into Requirements? It's not exactly education/experience or skills. Might be considered extra but we could drop as it's not in allowed headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it unless it's boilerplate. This is substantive. But we don't have a heading for it. Could we create a custom heading? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those sections. It might be okay to add other headings if needed, but better to stick to given ones. However we could incorporate physical demands into Requirements or Skills? Not ideal. Perhaps we can add a section "Working Conditions" but not in list. The instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples; we could still use other headings but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those. We could put physical demands into a paragraph under Requirements or Skills? Might be okay.
We'll include a short paragraph under Requirements about physical/environmental demands.
Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement at end, also "Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." and maybe "The Suddath Companies is a multifaceted group..." we can keep as part of About the role.
Let's craft HTML.
