Job Description
The Benefits Manager (BSM) is the main contact point for managers regarding ongoing requirements definition, projects, and service delivery. The BSM also ensures the organization's employees are satisfied with the benefits offering and integrates it with the system development team for health and welfare.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert for Benefits plans and options
- Ensure all plan documentation is easily accessible to the employee base
- Serve as primary resource to shared services personnel
- Manage on-going annual enrollment
Qualifications
- Ability to define problems, collect data and facts to draw conclusions
- Bachelor’s degree or work-related experience equivalent
- Intermediate regulatory compliance knowledge
- Strong service background
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
