Responsibilities

• Internal and external recruitment
• Pre-employment processes
• Maintenance of employee files
• Employee recognition
• Data entry of employee changes into HRIS
• Updating position and evaluation grid
• Employment verification
• Worker’s compensation
• Leave of absences (general, education, medical, FMLA, Military, administrative leaves)
• New employee orientation
• Benefits administration locally and reporting
• Employee training
• Employee relations, job descriptions, and evaluations
• Maintaining disciplinary database
• Unemployment compensation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum three (3) years of HR Coordinator or HR Generalist experience (required)
• HR experience in healthcare (strongly preferred)

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (required)
• Experience with iCIMS, Lawson, or Workday (preferred)
