Responsibilities
- Internal and external recruitment
- Pre-employment processes
- Maintenance of employee files
- Employee recognition
- Data entry of employee changes into HRIS
- Updating position and evaluation grid
- Employment verification
- Worker’s compensation
- Leave of absences (general, education, medical, FMLA, Military, administrative leaves)
- New employee orientation
- Benefits administration locally and reporting
- Employee training
- Employee relations, job descriptions, and evaluations
- Maintaining disciplinary database
- Unemployment compensation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum three (3) years of HR Coordinator or HR Generalist experience (required)
- HR experience in healthcare (strongly preferred)
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (required)
- Experience with iCIMS, Lawson, or Workday (preferred)
