About the role
The HR Generalist will provide full range of day-to-day HR support to the local team including onboarding/offboarding, engagement, development, timekeeping, safety initiatives, recruitment of hourly employees at the Vidmar Facility through multiple methods, candidate screening, and scheduling support. They will also work with the HR team, employees, supervisors, and managers to resolve employee relations issues, provide some counsel on improving or correcting performance issues, promote HR programs, and drive employee engagement through effective communication, employee events, and activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide full range of day-to-day HR support to the local team including onboarding/offboarding, engagement, development, timekeeping, safety initiatives, recruitment of hourly employees at the Vidmar Facility through multiple methods, candidate screening, and scheduling support.
- Work with the HR team, employees, supervisors, and managers to resolve employee relations issues, provide some counsel on improving or correcting performance issues, and promote HR programs.
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication, employee events, and activities.
- Promote strong relationships between the Company and the Community to develop and maintain good corporate citizenship.
- Support timekeeping and payroll activities for both the salaried and hourly workforce.
- Prepare reports and metrics to measure HR effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or distribution/logistics environment.
- Preferred fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

$62,200.00 - $100,200.00
