HR Generalist

About the role

We are partnering with a luxury brand seeking an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented who understands the importance of discretion, integrity, and team work while ensuring the success of colleagues and employees.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the interview process
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including conducting background checks, paperwork, orientations and welcome activities
• Assist with employee relations matters, conduct investigations
• Review timecards/time & attendance in ADP
• Respond to unemployment claims
• Coordinate leaves, disability requests, and communications
• Assist with benefits
• Assist with performance review process
• Handle employee terminations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 yrs related experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience out of luxury retail brands

Pay

$75,000-85,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
