HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a collaborative, highly motivated, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

This is a fully on-site contract position offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and manufacturing supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable, first-line resource for plant employees seeking HR support, assistance, and guidance.
• Aid in recruiting key talent, managing internal and external recruitment pipelines, participating in career fairs, and facilitating a seamless new hire onboarding experience.
• Drive a positive workplace culture by supporting cross-functional plant teams, including core site committees and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.
• Support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and assist with employee offboarding processes.
• Assist the HR Manager with daily operational tasks, project management, and coordinating employee engagement events.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Location: Must reside in the Mount Juliet / Greater Nashville, TN area and be able to work 100% on-site.
