Position Overview
The HR Generalist will initially focus heavily on recruiting and hiring efforts for approximately the first three months while supporting coverage for a team member on leave. During this time, the primary responsibility of the role will be recruiting, candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding, and helping support the company’s rapid growth initiatives. After the initial transition period, the role will evolve into a broader HR Generalist position supporting employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, compliance, training initiatives, and overall HR operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting but also wants long-term growth and exposure across all areas of Human Resources.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Experience recruiting and working within ADP Workforce Now is a strong plus
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
