What You Will Do
- Administers human resources plans and procedures for all site personnel over three campuses.
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Conducts recruiting efforts to maintain staffing for all departments.
- Aids in screening and selection of candidates.
- Plans and implements onboarding activities.
- Coordinates New Hire Orientation.
- Manages electronic and paper files.
- Submits background check applications and monitors employee background status.
- Manages HRIS.
- Oversees the performance evaluation system.
- Ensures 90 day and annual evaluations are completed.
- Conducts disciplinary actions fairly and in accordance with policy.
- Conducts impartial investigations.
- Maintains timesheet management.
- Responds to and assists with all pay concerns and inquiries.
- Maintains employee files in accordance with company policy and state licensing requirements.
- Aids in training management when required.
To Be Considered
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business or related field.
- Master’s Degree and/or Professional HR Certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of Human Resources Experience to include employee relations, training and recruiting.
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment Law, Human Resources policies and practices, and state licensing requirements.
- Successful management experience.
- Good interpersonal skills to include the ability to interview potential employees.
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver: possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
