- Coordinates short and full-day orientation for new hires

- Affords support to employees in HR-related topics
- Administers staff exit interviews
- Coaches and advises managers and employees on HR policies
- Manages administrative tasks such as payroll and file maintenance
- Attends HR meetings and represents HR on committees
- Performs Director of Human Resources duties if needed

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field
- 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, and policies
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Professional in Human Resources certification preferred
- Previous HR experience required
