About the role
The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. Responsibilities include administering human resources policies, procedures, and programs across various functional areas such as departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
Responsibilities
- Manages and administers human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
- Develops and leads HR practices and objectives to foster a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
- Recruits and develops a superior workforce through ongoing employee development.
- Counsels employees on workplace issues and provides guidance on HR matters.
- Coordinates the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs through the Human Resources staff.
- Reports to the Human Resources Director and assists company leads with HR issues.
Requirements
- 0-4 years of experience in human resources or related field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
