HR Generalist
Description
Support day-to-day HR operations for corporate and retail employees
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
Assist with performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
Coordinate recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding
Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and process improvements
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Profile
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience within a retail environment (required)
- Luxury retail, fashion, apparel, or consumer retail experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, and HR operations
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with an HRIS such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and manage competing priorities
