About the role
Coordinate high-volume, multi-stage interview scheduling across multiple open positions. Partner closely with recruiters to ensure interview processes stay on track and stakeholders remain informed. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collect and manage interview feedback while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Welcome and assist candidates during onsite interviews. Support recruiting operations, reporting, and administrative projects. Assist with process improvements and additional HR projects as needed.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar administrative role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in high-volume recruiting or operations environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and proactively solving problems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) are a strong plus
