Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer preparation.
- Maintain applicant tracking processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
- Develop recruitment pipelines through community partnerships, educational institutions, professional networks, and online recruiting platforms.

- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based business applications.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in education, nonprofit, or small to midsize organizations.
- Experience supporting payroll administration or employee benefits.
- Familiarity with performance management processes.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification.
