Join Our Team as a HR Generalist!
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong business partnership with the Branch Manager, creating and implementing strategies which support retention, development and growth of the team
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, me-to-hire, and cost-per-hire)
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure appropriate staffing is achieved
- Ensure employees' requests, issues and concerns are handled in a timely manner with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Conduct employee investigations and investigate disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, interviewing witnesses and reviewing pertinent materials
- Recommend, prepare, and as appropriate, assist in the administration of corrective actions
- Enforce and assist in the development of company policies
- Facilitate training needs for the Dallas branch
- Maintain accurate records of employees with the use of reports and audits
- Assist with annual enrollment and ongoing benefit administration
Qualifications
- Master's/bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with policy review and creation
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attentive to detail
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ADP is a plus
