Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ years in HR, healthcare preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, HRIS, applicant tracking systems, with Paylocity experience being advantageous
