HR Generalist
About the role
The HR Generalist will primarily be responsible for maintaining workforce compliance and operational excellence by ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies. This position will manage all employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
The HR Generalist must be able to interpret HR regulations, maintain accurate systems, and communicate complex employment information to employees at all levels of the organization. Drive seamless employee transitions by overseeing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure positive employee experiences. Optimize HR system operations through ADP platform management to maintain accuracy and compliance. Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Compliance Management. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations through regular monitoring and implementation. Update HR policies as needed to ensure ongoing legal compliance and organizational alignment. Prepare HR reports and support audits and analytics to enable data-driven workforce decisions.
Handle employee inquiries as the primary HR contact for all policy and benefits questions, ensuring clear and accurate responses. Process benefit enrollments and changes while effectively communicating updates to employees. Support performance management and employee relations programs to support workforce development. Partner with business units to develop and implement impactful employee engagement programs. Support M&A transitions by assisting with HR integration activities and workforce alignment. Support talent acquisition and payroll teams as needed.
Requirements
Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
3 years of work experience in HR required
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Experince with Employee Relations, U.S. Employment Law Compliance, ADP HRIS or similar systems
Interpersonal and communication skills.
