About the role
Responsible for managing HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on workplace policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support management in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
