HR Generalist
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can adapt headings to match content. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those generic headings if applicable, but we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect we use those exact headings when appropriate. But we have content like "About ICP", "Position Summary", "Recruiting & Talent Acquisition", etc. We need to decide.
The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Means we should use tags for any section heading we include. The examples are just examples; we can use other meaningful headings as long as they are wrapped in . Probably acceptable.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "Human Resources Generalist". Not to repeat.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statement; we should remove that.
We must preserve all substantive information.
We must include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have Compensation & Benefits section with specific content, so include. Schedule is mentioned: "Schedule: Full-time; Non-exempt". That's specific, so we should include a Schedule section. Pay: we have compensation range, so include Pay section. Benefits: we have benefits list, so include Benefits section.
We need to decide structure: maybe sections: About ICP, Position Summary, Responsibilities (maybe combine Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll etc), Requirements (Education & Experience, Competency), Working Conditions, Compensation & Benefits, Schedule.
But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine responsibilities into one "Responsibilities" section with subpoints. Could combine requirements into "Requirements" with subpoints.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So within sections we can have lists.
