About the role

Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from attracting top talent to facilitating a smooth hiring process, collaborating closely with managers to identify their needs.

Create a welcoming experience for new hires through engaging orientation programs and foster a positive culture with employee recognition initiatives.

Guardian of our employee data, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date within our HRIS (ADP).

Tackle a variety of HR programs, including benefits administration, leave management, performance support, and initiatives that boost morale and engagement.

Be a trusted resource for all employment-related inquiries, confidently handling questions and knowing when to escalate complex matters.

Ensure we're always compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws, proactively reviewing policies to maintain best practices.

Oversee essential training programs, from safety to anti-harassment, ensuring our team is well-equipped and compliant.

Partner with our HR Manager on high-level issues and strategic initiatives, developing both your breadth and depth of skills.

Requirements

Experience within Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related, preferred

Understanding of applicable state and federal employment law

Agility to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize accordingly, and thrive in a complex, fast paced work environment

Ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships at all levels and geographies throughout the organization

Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred

Qualifications

Experience within Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related, preferred
