Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all general human resources functions to include recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, work-comp and safety, and training.
- Manage all recruiting, advertising and job-posting processes.
- Interview, make hiring decisions, and make job offers.
- Conduct orientation and training for new employees.
- Manage employee relations with discretion as relates to performance, company policies, employee concerns, etc.
- Manage all employee benefits, bonus and rewards programs and communicate details.
- Handle performance management duties for performance reviews, corrective action plans, communicating, and documenting these details.
- Handle payroll and compensation by conducting wage reviews, monthly payroll meetings, processing paperwork, processing payroll bi-weekly and applicable reporting, and participating in related audits.
- Manage termination process of exiting employees preparing paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
- Work Comp / Safety and OSHA investigating and reporting duties.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain HRIS electronic system and manual filing systems.

- Handle general HR Training, all-employee meetings, and other events as required.
- Maintain and update employee handbook and communicate details.
- Ensure that company follows all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Familiar with human resource concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience, good judgment, and high level of integrity to plan and accomplish goals.
- Administrative and organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Experience in Workforce Development, Recruiting preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year degree in related discipline preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a related discipline acceptable.
