About the role
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the human resources functions within the organization. This includes managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and assisting in recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations
- Support recruitment efforts including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
- Handle employee inquiries and complaints
- Administer benefits programs and handle related paperwork
- Prepare reports and maintain records as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration
