Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, ensuring all required documents are filed and up-to-date.
- Manage and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including employee changes, terminations, and reporting.
- Generate, prepare, and distribute reports for leadership and compliance audits (e.g., turnover, open positions, FMLA tracking).
- Maintain the department calendar and coordinate administrative deadlines (e.g., evaluations, license renewals, annual training).
- Manage HR supply inventory and order materials as needed.
Training & Compliance
- Track mandatory employee training and certifications, and notify leaders of upcoming expirations.
- Affix with annual compliance initiatives including open enrollment, performance review cycles, and policy acknowledgment forms.
- Affix with internal audits and survey readiness documentation for external agencies.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Paycom, ADP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
