HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to work onsite at our Mount Pleasant headquarters. This role will have real ownership of the employee experience — from the first job posting a candidate sees to the leadership development program that helps our people grow. This role will have a meaningful impact, providing hands-on support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance while helping to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand workforce needs and develop effective job postings.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging new-hire experience, including monitoring and reviewing the performance of all new hires through their 90-day benchmark.
- Maintain job descriptions and participate in compensation benchmarking as needed.
