The HR Generalist keeps day-to-day HR running across our residential property management portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for community managers and site teams on hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR paperwork, and you will keep our trackers, files, and processes accurate and moving. This role is a great fit for someone who loves organization, enjoys supporting people, and wants to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The role is based in Austin.

- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Post and manage openings for site and corporate roles, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
- Maintain the applicant tracking spreadsheet and open positions tracker by property
- Coordinate background checks and support the FCRA adverse
