We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions, duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Key parts: Intro: "Descartes Unites the People and Technology that Move the World ..." This is company description, maybe part of "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be description of role and company. We'll include a section "About the role" with that description (maybe trimmed). The posting says: "We’re growing fast and invite you to join our amazing team. The Human Resources team at Descartes is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing U.S. employee population. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this role provides a broad range of HR support across employee relations, onboarding, organizational changes, employee development, compliance, and offboarding activities. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance, help resolve HR-related issues, and contribute to a positive employee experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources while developing your skills in a fast-paced, growing global organization. We are looking for an approachable, organized, and proactive HR professional who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with others, and finding practical solutions. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for success in this role." That's about the role. Then "What's in It for You?" includes bullet list: "Join a growing global organization where you'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow your HR career. You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive HR team that is passionate about employee success and creating an inclusive workplace. With more than 2,400 employees across 31 countries, Descartes offers exposure to a dynamic global business environment. As Descartes continues to grow both organically and through acquisitions, this role will provide opportunities to support employee integration and contribute to meaningful HR initiatives that impact the employee experience." Then "We Offer" bullet list: "Flexible remote work environment Comprehensive employee benefits Mentorship and on-the-job training Exposure to a variety of HR functions and projects A collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth and development" That's benefits. Then "What You Will Do" bullet list: Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees. Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience. Assist with employee relations matters and help ensure concerns are addressed fairly and consistently. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records and HR data. Process and manage HR transactions within the HRIS. Support organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities. Promote company initiatives, employee engagement, and learning opportunities. Assist managers and employees with policies, procedures, benefits, performance management, and other HR-related questions. Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed. That's responsibilities. Then "What You Will Bring" bullet list: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. 2-4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-focused environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data, create reports, work with formulas, manage large datasets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Experience with HRIS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is considered an asset. That's qualifications/skills. Then "Location: This is a remote opportunity open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States. The role supports employees and HR operations across North America." Then "Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 USD- Compensation information provided is a good-faith estimate for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Similar positions in different geographic regions may have different compensation ranges." That's Pay. Then there is a lot of other stuff: "#Remote Join Us As we scale..." etc. That's more fluff, maybe part of "About the role"? But we need to avoid boilerplate and duplicated lines. The "Join Us" section includes mission statement etc. Might be considered "About the role" or maybe separate "About the company". But we only have headings limited to those given. We could incorporate that into "About the role" or maybe "Benefits"? But we should not create sections with filler. The "Join Us" part includes mission, values, etc. It's substantive but not exactly about role. Could be considered "About the role" as well. However we must not repeat job title as heading. We can include a paragraph about company mission under "About the role". The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can choose which sections to include based on content. We have content for: - About the role (company description + role overview) - Responsibilities (What You Will Do) - Requirements (maybe combine Qualifications and Skills) - Qualifications (education + experience) - Skills (proficiency etc.) - Benefits (We Offer) - Pay (Salary Range) - Schedule? Not mentioned explicitly; remote work environment maybe schedule flexible but not explicit. We should not create Schedule unless stated. So omit. We need to avoid duplication: "Qualifications" and "Skills" could be separate if content distinct. The posting lumps education/experience under "What You Will Bring". Then skills: proficiency in Excel, Office, organizational, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality, HRIS experience. Could split into Qualifications (education + experience) and Skills (technical & soft skills). That seems reasonable. We also have "Location" info. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list. Could fold into About the role as a short paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. So we need to cut out everything after "Join Us" that includes EEO, etc. Also cut out the "#Remote Join Us As we scale..." mission statement? That might be considered fluff but it's still about company values. However it's after "Join Us" and includes a lot of marketing. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "Join Us" section is not exactly those, but it's more promotional. It might be considered part of the job description but could be kept. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the mission/values content if it's substantive. But we must not create sections with filler. The "Join Us" includes: "As we scale, we’re looking for new doers, collaborators and innovators to join Descartes in uniting the people and technology that move the world as the Global Leader in Logistics and Supply Chain Technology. We’re entrepreneurial, hardworking, geeky-in-a-good way problem solvers. Provide your name and contact information along with the accommodation needed to assist you with the application process. Your request will be responded to as soon as possible. Reasonable accommodations will be determined on a case-by-case basis." Much of that is boilerplate/legal/EEO/application instructions. According to instruction, we must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip out the EEO, E-Verify, accommodation, interview process details, etc. Also the "If you feel you have 70%..." is application encouragement, maybe considered application instruction? Probably remove. The mission/values part before that might be okay but it's somewhat promotional. However it's not explicitly prohibited. But to be safe, we could keep a brief summary of company mission? But we must not invent or summarize away detail. If we keep it, we need to keep the exact sentences. However that would be a lot of text and includes some promotional but not disallowed. The instruction only forbids boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The mission/values is not those. So we could keep it. However it's quite long and includes a link to environmental impact. That's substantive. We could include it under "About the role" as a paragraph. But we also have earlier company description at start: "Descartes Unites the People and Technology that Move the World The need for efficient, secure, and agile supply chains and logistics operations has become ever more critical and complex. By combining innovative technology, powerful trade intelligence and the reach of our network, Descartes helps get goods, information, transportation assets, and people where they’re needed, when they’re needed.
