Title: HR Generalist Job Category: Corporate Requisition Number: HRGEN001048 Job Type: Full-Time Jefferson City, MO, 65101, United States Description Role and Responsibilities Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.May attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Assist with employee recruiting, onboarding and off-boarding.Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, etc.Prepare written communications such as letters, memos, e-mails, etc. for the company.Review, tabulate and enter data into a variety of systems.Handle incoming calls, take messages and promote effective interoffice communication.Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
