Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources Department, including employee records, communications, projects, events, and department initiatives.
• Partner with the Director of Human Resources on payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, and initiatives that strengthen the agency’s culture and employee brand.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, employee enrollment and changes, vendor coordination, reporting, and provide timely responses to employee questions related to pay, benefits, and HR programs.
• Support full‑cycle recruitment by posting opportunities, reviewing applications and resumes, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, facilitating onboarding, maintaining accurate employee files, and conducting outreach to local colleges and universities to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, career programs, and community partners to enhance recruitment pipelines and external partnerships.
