Boyer & Ritter is seeking an HR Generalist who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution and takes pride in delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by managing a wide variety of HR initiatives, from recruiting top talent and coordinating onboarding to supporting employee development, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. You'll work closely with firm leadership and play a meaningful role in shaping the employee experience across the organization. This is an in-office position located in at our headquarters in Camp Hill, PA. At Boyer & Ritter, HR is viewed as a trusted business partner. Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruiting Coordinate recruiting efforts for experienced hires, interns, and students, including campus events, interviews, candidate communications, background checks, and onboarding preparation.Partner with Marketing to support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring all employment documentation, system updates, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.Conduct new-hire check-ins and exit interviews, identifying trends and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Performance Management & Employee Development Administer performance review processes, competency assessments, employee recognition programs, and talent development initiatives.Support workforce planning, intern coordination, and employee engagement efforts.
• Training & Learning Coordination Coordinate training programs, professional development activities, continuing education tracking, and firmwide learning initiatives in partnership with the Learning & Development Specialist.
• Employee Relations & HR Operations Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, employee programs, and workplace concerns.Support employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, compliance activities, and HR communications while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
