HR Generalist About the Role
BMG360 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the Vice President of Human Resources and execute day-to-day People Operations across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers while supporting key HR programs including recruiting, onboarding, HR compliance, benefits administration, performance management support, and HR systems administration. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the continued growth of BMG360.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS and related systems.
- Audit HR records and systems to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Support employee lifecycle changes within the Company’s HRIS.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated positions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes.
- Own relationships with external recruiting partners and offshore staffing agencies to support workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to the VP of HR and hiring managers.
- Support benefits administration, employee enrollments, and Open Enrollment activities.
- Coordinate leave of absence administration and employee communications.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Manage I-9 administration, employment verifications, and other employment-related documentation.
- Support performance review cycles, talent planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to support culture-building initiatives and employee communications.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to headcount, turnover, recruiting, and employee demographics.
- Support HR system enhancements, process improvements, and implementation projects.
- Aid the VP of HR with strategic People initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting recruiting, benefits administration, and HR operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Experience
- With Paycor or similar HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Working knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Pay Range
$100,000 - $120,000 per hour
