Responsibilities
- Manage open position requisitions, job postings, recruitment, advertising, and candidate sourcing.
- Update job descriptions as necessary.
- Assist with benefits administration and FMLA/LOA processing.
- Support day-to-day HR functions such as employee/labor relations, recruitment, training, licensing, disciplinary action, performance management, data entry, filing, and terminations.
- Conduct new hire orientation and organize company training and development programs.
- Maintain human resource information system and compile reports from the database.
- Enter employee source data and documentation into the human resources system and manual personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission requirements and federal/state employment regulations.
- Perform administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in HRIS and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide performance management guidance to property leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Assist in conducting employee/labor relations investigations.
- Assist in providing performance management guidance to property leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate property-wide communication initiatives and efforts.
- Assist with design and execution of engagement, wellness, and retention events, including back-of-house branding initiatives.
- Support, promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality in all actions and duties.
- Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

- Demonstrated knowledge of state, local, and federal labor laws and regulations related to HR.

Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $24 - $27 per hour (DOE).
