About the role
Responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire qualified candidates through various channels.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
