Responsibilities
- Lead all recruiting efforts.
- Responsible for the pre-employment hiring process, including background checks, and onboarding documentation.
- Cook up benefits administration - enrollment, changes, leave, and communications.
- Manage leave administration in partnership with leadership as applicable.
- Respond to general personnel, payroll, and benefits questions from employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, and coordinate employee training.
- Track and maintain compliance items, required postings.
- Be a culture champion by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high energy environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in order to support our employees.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn payroll systems, HRIS platforms, proprietary applicant portal system and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
