About the role
Responsible for managing HR processes, supporting employee relations, and assisting in recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee benefits inquiries and enrollments
- Support hiring teams with candidate screening and interviews
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR services
- Administer company policies and ensure compliance
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong interpersonal skills
