About The Role

The Human Resources Manager at Aramark plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR functions within the corporate and Center of Excellence (COE) teams. This position involves providing comprehensive HR generalist support, managing critical HR processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, and HR metrics analysis, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels of management.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in employment relations, organizational development, and HR metrics analysis.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required, with HR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management at all levels.
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret HR data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience in conducting investigations, resolving employee issues, and implementing HR initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Show the ability to train, present, and influence organizational change.
  • Show organization, proactiveness, and capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures, including hotline calls, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and policy interpretation to ensure consistent application across the organization.
  • Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including engagement action plans, recognition programs, and celebration activities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for talent acquisition efforts, including programs like Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics reports to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processes as needed, ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop appropriate training sessions and presentations.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate organizational risk.
