HR Generalist

THE TEAM YOU ARE JOINING Established organization with a manufacturing and corporate operations environment Opportunity to join a collaborative HR team supporting both hourly and salaried employees Hands-on role with exposure to employee relations, recruiting, HR operations, and process improvements Team focused on strengthening HR processes, systems, and overall employee support What They Offer You Opportunity to gain broad HR experience and take ownership of day-to-day employee-facing responsibilities Exposure to HR technology improvements and process optimization initiatives Ability to expand your experience in payroll, benefits, and broader HR operations Collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development and long-term growth LOCATION Clover, SC area – Onsite 5 days per week Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring for hourly, operational, and technical positions Address routine employee relations matters, escalating more complex situations to HR leadership Support employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, policy administration, and compliance requirements Assist with HRIS updates, system improvements, and ongoing HR process enhancements Provide support with payroll and benefits administration, with the opportunity to develop additional payroll processing responsibilities BACKGROUND THAT FITS Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar hands-on Human Resources role Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred Experience supporting hourly employee populations, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations Exposure to payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus Approachable, adaptable professional who is comfortable working with employees at all levels and managing competing priorities Open
