HR Generalist - 1385

Job Summary

As a HR Generalist at DAS Aviation, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various HR and operational functions across the company. Key responsibilities include employee record management, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding support, and communication coordination. This is a full-time, on-site position in Cedar Hill, Texas, with occasional travel.

What You Can Expect

• Maintain high levels of communication, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Support employee transitions across various stages of employment
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Be a central point of contact for employee inquiries and HR processes
• Support additional HR-related functions as needed

Qualifications

• A High school diploma or equivalent
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport (ideal but not mandatory)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred), ATS, project management software (Monday.com, Smartsheets, Asana) highly preferred

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• Valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport (ideal but not mandatory)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred), ATS, project management software (Monday.com, Smartsheets, Asana) highly preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 10 lbs
• Routine walking, bending, stooping, and sitting
• Sit at a desk and/or computer for extended intervals
• Walking of short distances routinely

Travel Requirements

• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to drive on behalf of the company
• Travel between DAS Aviation locations in the Dallas area
