Job Responsibilities

The Human Resources Development & Recruiting role plays a critical role in creating a positive and engaging employee experience from the first point of contact through successful onboarding and integration into the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating internal and external recruiting activities, conducting interviews, managing temporary employee conversions, supporting new hire onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records.
