Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines for open positions across the organization.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer support, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, align recruitment efforts, and support efficient hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems, HR platforms, and other internal systems.
  • Support day-to-day human resources operations, including employee record management, HR documentation, employee communications, data entry, and maintaining accurate personnel information.
  • Aid in key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment verification, benefits administration, leave support, employee changes, and other routine HR activities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and candidates by providing guidance on routine HR processes, policies, benefits-related questions, and general employment matters.
  • Support employee relations and compliance activities, including documentation, separation processes, exit requirements, termination coordination, and maintaining organized HR records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, processes, and systems while supporting the continued development of efficient HR practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or a similar HR support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and proactive outreach strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple open positions or supporting high-volume recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
  • General understanding of HR practices, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits support, and employee documentation.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or other HR technology; ability to adapt to new systems and process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and leadership.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing and recruiting experience, a solid understanding of HR fundamentals, and the ability to serve as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HR coordination while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
