Responsibilities
- Partner with Human Resources stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Design, build, and maintain standard and ad hoc workforce reports and dashboards supporting talent processes, compliance, and operational decision-making.
- Serve as a consultative advisor on Human Resources data, metrics, and trends to support informed decision-making.
- Manage and resolve reporting requests and data inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Analyze data from Workday and other Human Resources systems to identify trends and insights for business leaders.
- Support recurring processes such as workforce planning, audits, and compliance reporting with validated data outputs.
- Promote data governance standards and consistent definitions to maintain a single source of truth.
- Contribute to Human Resources technology initiatives, including system enhancements, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain documentation, reporting catalogs, and training materials to enable effective self-service reporting.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a Human Resources, data, or reporting-focused role involving analytics or metrics.
- Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards using Human Resources data; Workday reporting experience is a must.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Workday Reporting, Power BI, Business Objects, or similar platforms.
- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
